spacious bathroom, refrigerator with freezer, hot water kettle
The bathroom ceiling could use some mold remediation!!! The carpets are stretched, stained, and incredibly stinky!!! The elevator isn't just outdated. it's downright unpleasant!!! You also have to hunt down staff for assistance!!!

The room was spacious, especially for Tokyo, which is a feat in itself! The hotel's prime location puts you within walking distance of many hotspots like Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and the buzzing nightlife of Kabukicho. Plus, it offers a refrigerator and electric kettle, perfect for late-night ramen cravings.
Drainage issues.

Not worth the hassle
We spent a week in a smoking double room and honestly, it was pretty rough. The place had an odd smell and the bed was super uncomfortable. However, I did love the cute little café nearby, serving great brekkie. Just a heads up—it's kinda hard to find fresh air here. Wouldn't recommend.

missingWrote a review on Jun 15spacious roomconvenient locationdated buildingmaintenance issueslimited refreshment options
The location is quite close to Shinjuku JR Station, allowing easy access to explore the city. The room is spacious for the price, a pleasant surprise compared to other options nearby. However, the building feels quite dated, with some signs of wear and tear evident in the common areas. While housekeeping kept things clean, the overall maintenance needed attention to keep it feeling fresh. A highlight was the availability of cold meats at breakfast, satisfying for a quick start to the day.

Had a nice stay where the room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious for a budget place. I loved having a hot water kettle and a fridge for snacks. There were plenty of opportunities to relax with a cozy common area and a nice courtyard to unwind. The only downside was that the elevator felt a bit outdated, but overall, it didn’t take away from the good vibes. 😊

missingWrote a review on May 10fridge kettle
It was just a well-suited match for getting around Tokyo with all in all brilliant value for money. The room had a fridge and kettle, perfect for making quick meals or tea after a long day. Watch out for the room key policy. it’s a bit inconvenient having to ask for it every time you come back.
